The Finance Plus story began in 1996 in Podgorica, when Slađana Raičković and her colleague — supported by the entrepreneurial spirit and invaluable backing of Budimir Raičković — founded a small accounting agency.

Starting with just two employees, through Slađana Raičković's dedication and vision, the firm grew into a company built on expertise, accountability and the long-term trust of its clients.

A new chapter opened in 2008, when dr Dražen Raičković led the modernisation and digital transformation of the business. Beyond introducing electronic document management and developing our own ERP platform Proventum, the focus shifted to standardising processes, building a quality management system and shaping an organisation that can scale.

Further growth was marked by continuous improvements in service quality, reporting and operational efficiency — with a significant contribution from dr Anđela Raičković. The emphasis was on giving clients not only accurate, reliable information, but also timely reports that help them manage their business better.

Over the years we expanded our team and areas of expertise, connecting accounting, tax, law and business advisory. Many domestic and international companies have placed their trust in us, and through our membership in MSI Global Alliance we became part of an international network of independent professional firms.

Today, three decades later, Finance Plus combines experience, people, mature processes and modern technology.
